What is the quality of the jerseys?

Your jerseys will arrive in perfect, brand-new condition! If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us so we can address any issues. We aim to ensure you are fully pleased with your jerseys and your experience!

Do you use the same font and color that the kit had in that season?

Yes we use the same font but there may be a slight color difference while printing.

When getting a number on an international jersey does the number also print at the front of the jersey?

The custom text usually print on backside.

Is it possible to add a name and number after order placed ?

Yes, you can add name and number within 24 hours. Please contact our support team for any changes to your order.

Can I cancel my order?

We only support the following forms of refund requests:

Customers who request to cancel the order within 24 hours after placing the order will receive a full refund; refund requests beyond this time frame will not be accepted.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

How long until I get my jersey?

*Attention: Printing will take 3-5 working days, followed by shipping, which may take 10-15 working days. Shipping delays are possible due to a high volume of orders. Please be patient as we strive to ensure the quality of your order.*

Returns and Refunds

Do you accept returns?

If the product you received has quality problems ( including damaged / quantity missing, or the actual product is different from the product you ordered), you can contact us within 120 days after receiving the product and ask for a refund; refund requests beyond this time frame will not be accepted.
If the product has size issue we can’t replace or refund because we always advice to take one size up.
If the product is customized, we can’t replace or refund too because we can’t resell them. Thanks for your understanding.
